Terms and Conditions
Services are provided on a subscription basis which means it is deployed and accessible online; no software to install or upgrade.Our terms and conditions are available upon request.
During the period your subscription is active, these will be the agreed terms and conditions.
Term of Service:
Any proposed subscription will start when:
(i) you sign
(ii) make the first payment which will be in effect until the period of commitment mentioned in the quote.
Activating Your Subscription
To activate your subscription, you need to sign the quote.Your signature there constitutes an agreement to begin service at the quoted amounts effective on the date signed and pursuant to our terms and conditions.Payment is due upon receipt of your initial invoice and failure to pay an invoice after due by 5 days will result in the immediate suspension of your Subscription and any other related service. If the failure to pay continues for over 15 days, we will have the right to terminate our agreement without notice or the need for any judicial or other action.
Our fees shall be:
(i) payable in the currency set out in the quote without any deduction on account of tax (withholding or
otherwise)
(ii) are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless we breach any of our obligations under this Agreement;
(iii) are exclusive of VAT, which shall be added if applicable at the appropriate rate and paid at the same time as the fees.
You acknowledge that we (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the custom-developed
operational software, framework services, and internal documentation, except as expressly stated within the Agreement.
We do not grant you any rights to, or in, patents, copyright, database right, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights or licenses with respect to the methods used to provide agreed-upon services.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to your logo, products, branding, patents, copyright, database right, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights are your property.
You are the sole owner of any data collected in the course of performing this Agreement.
We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all personal data collected and processed in relation to this Agreement.
Looking after the personal data collected is our main priority and any breach of said obligation will be considered a material breach of the Agreement.
The Provider will comply with all GDPR Data Laws.
We will supply you with our standard customer support services during Normal Business Hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dubai Time) in accordance with our Support Services Policy in effect at the time that the services are provided.
We may amend the Support Services Policy at its discretion from time to time.
You may purchase enhanced support services separately at our then-current rates by separate agreement with us if you wish to benefit from additional support services.
Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of UAE.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with our Agreement, including disputes regarding its conclusion, validity, binding effect, the amendment, breach, termination, or rescission, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Dubai – UAE.

Terms and Conditions – The following statements to be added on this section are as follows:
· Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
· UAE is our country of domicile.
· Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
· If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
· The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
· We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD (or any other agreed currencies).·
Delivery/Shipment Policy – The following statements to be added on this section are as follows:
