It’s very essential for any team’s growth to have a mentorship program in place. We have cross-departmental mentorship programs where you work with various members of the management team to get mentored professionally, learn the right work habits, and set yourself up for the right amount of growth on a consistent basis.

Our ProPlus Plans Rock

Every one of the team has a ProPlus Plan that they build with their team head. The plan allows them to draw their career path and indicate what is it that they see themselves doing in the coming years. The head will then assess the potential, needs and requirements for the member to reach their goal and guide his team members throughout their weekly one on ones to reach the milestones put in place.

The pressure of life can take a toll on all of us. We understand and know that. The best outputs are created when the environment is as stress-free as possible. We don’t see this a privilege like some others who offer it, but an actual right for people to feel comfortable and happy coming to work while able to use their fifth day to grow professionally, personally, familially or in any other facet of their lives. And don’t worry, we won’t spy your Instagram pages to keep tabs on what you do on your fifth days.

As long as you’re coming to work fresh and able, and delivering in a sustainable fashion, we’re more than happy.

As for our UPH policy, you’re entitled to an unlimited number of days off provided you take a minimum of 15 days per year and you let your manager know of your plans ahead of time.
